SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
All small package orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on pick up locations. Orders that require an LTL freight carrier will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Acceptance of Goods:
Buyer shall examine all goods immediately upon delivery. Damaged goods NEEDS TO BE REFUSED and sent back to shipper. The delivery receipt need to be signed and stated DAMAGED GOODS. Customers will have within (5) working days of this time to notify Carolina Docks & Floats of damaged products. Failure to follow these instructions will result in default of new product shipment. **Note if items are lost during shipment we do not overnight them. They need to be signed as missing and the fastest we can shipment replacement parts out is UPS or fedex Ground.
Some items require team handling or forklift at delivery for offloading. These items include PWC Ports, Drive On Boat Docks, and Kayak Docks. If you do not have the capability to off load these items, please contact us before placing the order.
Note: When ordering a product requiring a forklift for delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility to provide such equipment. Failure to provide forklift service at delivery will result in back shipping charges to the buyer. These charges are not negotiable. Refusal of delivery by buyer to circumvent this agreement will result in back shipping charges. these fees may include redelivery fees for missed appointments and it is the customer responsbility to make sure that a freight truck can access your area of delivery. If the driver needs Assistance then you need and most be able to help driver unload freight. refusal to assist during delivery could result into additional fees. the delivery is NOT inside delivery only curb side.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If customer cancels order while in transit then they will pay shipping cost and recosignment fees if necessary. orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
International Shipments – We do not ship product internationally direct to consumers.
Return freight expense is the responsibility of the consumer. Returned product must be in saleable condition including packaging. If the product is deemed unsaleable the return shipment will be rejected as a return to sender. We reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
